His approach to maximise sustainable business value and deliver a competitive edge, centres on approaches such as scaled agile, customer centred design, DevOps, hyper automation, shift left and servant leadership practices. Through these approaches, Abdullah has reduced lead and cycle time by 500%, cost reduction by 70% and created pipelines of customer defined offerings.
Abdullah attributes success to attracting and building high performing teams, a strong engineering capability, and establishing commercially sound, strong partner ecosystems to drive progressive change.
Abdullah holds a bachelor’s degree in IT from Monash University and an MBA from Macquarie University.
