Forrest Richardson

Forrest Richardson is the Chief Information Officer for C-III Capital Partners.

Forrest is also the co-founder and director for OneLogos, a firm focused on enabling families to pursue effective college education financing solutions benefiting families.

His current role at C-III Capital Partners is to provide shared technology services including operational and software development services.  As C-III Capital Partners participates in the fund management industry, much of the technology infrastructure is subject to the financial services regulatory framework established by the SEC and FINRA.  Asserting proper controls and managing information security risk is a substantial part of the responsibilities in this organization.

Forrest has established success in implementing business transformation throughout his career.  His experience includes the launch of numerous new business platforms for his customers enabling business scale and efficiency.  Each of these successes involved establishing strong relationships, discovering the essential value proposition of applying technology in that situation, examination of relevant solutions, and relentless pursuit of those solutions.

Forrest enjoys the benefit of orchestrating change in a variety of different circumstances and organization scale from Fortune 100 organizations to seed stage startups.  He is committed to generating trust and integrity with his customers and partners as he delivers high value outcomes.  

Forrest is married to Pamela with 2 daughters, Elise and Erin, and lives in Coppell, Texas.  He enjoys playing tennis, bicycling, and long walks with his dog.
