Henry Tan

Mr. Henry Tan obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore. He is a fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, an ASEAN CPA, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, Chartered Valuer And Appraiser (CVA) and member of Mensa. He is also member of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP), Institute of Internal Auditors and Singapore Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Insolvency Practitioners of Singapore (FIPAS), member of ISCA Financial Forensic Professional (ISCA FFP) Credential. He is an Approved Liquidator registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner by Ministry of Law.

Mr. Tan is currently the Group CEO & Chief Innovation Officer of Nexia TS Group. His previous roles include Asia Pacific Chairman and Board member of Nexia International. He is former Treasurer and Exco member of Singapore Fintech Association, Council Member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and President of Entrepreneur Organisation. Mr. Tan sits on the boards of BH Global Corporation Limited, China New Town Development Limited, Asia Vets Holdings Ltd, Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd, Penguin International Limited and Trans-China Automotive Holdings Limited. His other previous board appointments include Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, Raffles Education Limited, Chosen Holdings Limited, Pertama Holdings Limited and YHI International Limited. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee for most of the Boards he sit on.
