Jared Norris

Jared is an accomplished executive leader and non-executive director. He has over 20 years’ experience leading large operational, technology and customer service teams, and over 5 years’ experience on boards in health and education technology.

Jared has led strategic, digital, and operational teams that benefit communities, improve customer experience, enhance culture, and provide governance and oversight. He has experience across many industries including professional services, financial services, customer service and government.

Jared’s strength is in using his broad leadership, strategy, customer, and digital skills to work collaboratively across portfolios to deliver strategically aligned customer and commercial outcomes.
