I have an ability to sort through technical and business details to drive decisions, solve problems, optimize resources and ultimately deliver for internal and external customers. For the last several years, I managed capital budgets and programs worth several million dollars in both manufacturing and R&D areas. My data driven approach, ability to envision / communicate future possibilities, and firm focus on business targets (short and long-term) has led to new products, optimized processes and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
