Lamont Siller is the Vice President of Global Security at Alorica, where he leads a team across 16 countries and 100 sites. He is responsible for all physical security management and internal misconduct investigations. He also serves as the Chairman of the Alorica Health, Safety and Sanitation (HSS) Committee and leads all COVID-19 safety measure initiatives. He brings 20-years of state and federal law enforcement, comprised of being a Senior Investigator at the Office of the Nevada Attorney General and a Supervisory Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). During his FBI career, he held both domestic and international positions and worked cybercrimes, national security matters (counterterrorism and counterintelligence), and white-collar crimes (public corruption, financial institution fraud and money laundering). He is a certified FBI Instructor and an FBI Crisis Negotiator. He conducted hundreds of trainings in the areas of crisis management, hostage negotiation, interviewing techniques, and investigations to domestic and international partners. Lamont led all in-country FBI operations in the Philippines and is a proficient Tagalog speaker. He created the first ever Joint Cyber Security Working Group in the Philippines, comprised of 400 public and private sector members, to promote intelligence sharing and policy development related to cyber security through training and technical assistance from federal and local law enforcement. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
