Len Dudis

Len has over 25 years experience in hospitality and theme parks, with roles spanning the entire range of operations, strategy, and planning from a front-line operations leader to the CIO.  He was a senior leader in both resort operations and IT with The Walt Disney World Company, at one point leading the project team that developed Disney’s proprietary resort PMS system.  With SeaWorld Entertainment, as VP of IT he led the IT organization in guest technologies, POS, ticketing, mobile, and digital online.  Now, as CIO for Grupo Vidanta, he continues to focus on creating amazing guest experiences and achieving business objectives utilizing the latest technologies.
