Matt Diamond

A lifelong technologist with experience at Fortune 50 and emerging businesses, Matt Diamond has worked in all aspects of operations and technology functions.  Throughout his career he has emphasized mentorship and individual development of his teams.  Today Matt is focused on enabling the Secureworks transformation from a premiere managed security services provider to a SaaS security software company.  His team is creating multiple new offerings and capabilities to enable a superior customer experience, while simultaneously moving all private data centers into the public cloud. This is providing myriad opportunities to develop and enhance the team’s leadership capabilities.

Matt studied Mechanical Engineering, Business, and German language which together sparked an interest in international experiences. This culminated in a 3-year working adventure in Singapore, accompanied by his wife and three children, where he started the laptop supply chain for Dell Technologies.

Outside Secureworks Matt is passionate about social engagement and change. For more than 20 years, he has been an ally to organizations focused on ending domestic violence. He also has an extremely nerdy fascination with “off the grid” technologies, such as solar.
