Michael Hicks

Michael Hicks serves as the Senior Vice President and CIO of Jackson. Mr. Hicks’ previous roles included Chief Information Officer for Retirement Solutions at Guardian Life, Vice President of Shared Services and Corporate Technology at MassMutual Financial Group, and executive business and technology roles at The Hartford and Lincoln Financial Group. Mr. Hicks has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from Northeastern University’s D'Amore-McKim School of Business.
