Mukund Ramaswamy

Mukund Ramaswamy is a Managing Partner with Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing group at Tata Consultancy Services. He has more than 22 years of total experience working with various manufacturing Fortune 500 customers with responsibility of driving business consulting and digital transformation programs. In this current role, he is responsible for growth and transformation for Automotive and Industrial manufacturing clients through developing business strategy, defining roadmap, and demonstrating Thought Leadership, including presenting white papers in industry forums. Prior to this role, he has been extensively involved in business consulting in customer experience management area with focus on sales, aftermarket parts, service, and warranty management. Mukund is an Aeronautical Engineer and has a Masters in Business Administration, having graduated from NMIMS, in Mumbai, India.
