Nadia Hansen

Nadia Hansen is an experienced CIO, board member, and recognized government leader who brings two decades of enterprise technology experience building a wide range of products, teams, and operations around the world across both public and private entities. As a board member, she helps social impact organizations and highly regulated companies modernize digital initiatives to meet the needs of stakeholders. Nadia’s expertise enables her to effectively serve on risk, audit, digital transformation, cybersecurity and DEI committees.

Nadia’s success stems from her ability to identify stakeholder expectations and transform product and service levers to optimize outcomes that increase loyalty and revenue for organizations. This includes modernizing product and service experiences through digitization, sustainability, privacy and security, frictionless access and brand recognition initiatives. She is known as a mentor and motivator, leading large, cross-functional teams and influencing board and senior-level management effectively across the organization.

Nadia holds an Executive MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Nadia and her husband, Kevin Hansen, have two children, a golden doodle and live in Las Vegas, NV.
