Rashmi Radhakrishnan

Rashmi Radhakrishnan is the Vice President /CIO at Arcadia University. As a member of the President's Cabinet, she leads and manages IT strategies for the University’s long-term technology needs.

Previous to Arcadia University, she served as the Vice President for IT/ CIO at Albright College.  She led the successful Information Security and Data Analytics programs during her six-year tenure at the College.  Prior to Albright, Rashmi spent 12 years at Thomas Jefferson University, serving most recently as the Associate Vice President of Information Resources.  There she led the highly successful ERP implementation and the business analytics initiative.

In 2013, Rashmi was named a Top IT Pro by The Philadelphia Business Journal for innovation at a nonprofit or government agency for the use of performance analytics and dashboards.  She has a Master of Science in Instructional Technology at Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business at Meenakshi College in Chennai, India.
