My strengths are enabling IT, delivering business value, strategic planning, due-diligence exercises for the acquisition of new systems and/or companies, providing guidance on technical tool selection and usage, driving high-level technical direction for organizations, and establishing and continuously reviewing organization-wide technical governance strategies, policies and procedures. I enjoy collaborating with other leaders (directors, managers, c-suite, executives, etc) and team members on strategic vision and business goals. Lastly, I take pride in seeing my team accelerate and mature with Lean processes.
