Steve Caudill

Steve is an innovator, nomad, technologist, collaborator, and servant leader. With more than 30 years in technical and digital leadership roles he's attracted to difficult problems, challenging goals, and change. Steve has held positions as an analyst, software engineer, systems architect, program manager, start-up founder, engineering manager, platform director, CTO, and CEO. He is deeply passionate about excellent artistry/engineering and delivers results through long experience with extreme programming and the practical application of agile techniques. He's best at growing teams and individuals, delivering products, and changing culture.

While Steve has worked with teams in various industries around the world, his current focus is agriculture in central Washington state, which means boots in the dirt working side-by-side with operational leaders to make orchard and food processing operations more sustainable, efficient, and effective.
