Vikas Mahajan

As Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer for the American Red Cross, Vikas Mahajan is responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Red Cross’ information assets. With more than two decades of security and technology experience, including 11 years with large non-profit organizations, he has helped mission-driven organizations shift to internet and cloud based solutions while also addressing security and compliance risks. Prior to joining the Red Cross, he served in Executive and Management positions with LikeMinds Consulting, AARP, PwC, and the University of Maryland. He holds a CISSP certification and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Maryland.
