Wade Anderson

Wade Anderson is the Chief Information Officer & Chief Technology Officer for Bay and Bay Transportation, a hybrid trucking and logistics company headquartered in Eagan, Minnesota. He has over 25 years of experience building and optimizing teams, primarily in software and operations. Wade has direct experience in every technology function, with special emphasis on systems architecture, infrastructure and operations, software development, and project delivery.

Most recently as the CTO of Fision, a marketing technology SaaS company in Minneapolis, Wade moved the platform to the public cloud, streamlined Agile software delivery, and overhauled all aspects of information security for the company. Prior to that, as CTO & COO for TrustedChoice.com, a P&C Insurance portal SaaS company, Wade drove many high impact changes that ultimately led the startup company to profitability.

Some of his other past leadership roles includes Executive Manager for Accenture Services, Sr. Manager for Best Buy, Sr. Consultant for Talent Software, IT Director for Lifetouch National School Studios, and more. Although new to transportation, Wade has served in many industries including manufacturing, retail, systems integration, high tech, insurance, and more.

Wade earned an MBA - IT from Bethel University, and a BS from the University of Northwestern, both in St. Paul, Minnesota. He graduated summa cum laude from both the undergrad and the graduate degrees. He also serves on two boards, is active in several community organizations, and holds several certifications in various technology and process disciplines.
